How do we order?
All orders are to be placed via our website: www.itsallaboutroo.com
If there's something you'd like that isn't currently on our website, please send us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate. 

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, ShopPay & GooglePay.

How much is shipping?
£3.99 for 48h, £4.99 for 24h & £8.99 for Special Delivery by Royal Mail. This doesn’t change based on quantity ordered - even if we have to send multiple boxes!
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we’re working on it!
What’s your minimum order?
We don’t have one! You can order as much or as little as you’d like (we don’t judge!)
How do I contact you?
We have two methods of communication - Facebook messenger & email. Both of these platforms are checked daily (Monday-Friday) and will be responded to within 48 working hours. 
I missed something from my order, what can I do?
We will happily add items onto orders as long as the order hasn't yet been dispatched. Send us a message/email to ensure your order hasn't been dispatched yet and if it hasn't you can merge 2 orders. Just place your additional order and we'll refund the delivery charge on the second order, so you're only paying postage once. This can't be done if an order is dispatched, so please message us to check first. 
What is your turnaround?
We work as quickly as possible to get orders out the door with most orders leaving us within 2-3 days, we do however say to give us up to 7 days in our busy periods. If turnaround will be longer than this, we'll let you know. 
I haven’t received an order confirmation, what do I do?
Order confirmations are generated automatically by our system. Please check your junk/spam inboxes - it will be sent to the email used at checkout.
There is something broken in my order, what do I do?
Report it via email. Please note, this MUST be done within 48 hours. Anything outside of that timescale cannot be investigated properly and will not be compensated.
Something I want it out of stock, how do I know when it’s coming back?
Please send us a message/email and we'll give you an update on expected restock. Some styles/colours of items may not be restocked if we don't think there's a demand, so please do send us a message as this may prompt a restock of the item. 
I haven’t received my tracking information, what do I do?
Pop us an email, we’ll happily resend it - please do check your junk/spam though!
How do I make a complaint?
To raise a complaint, or bring an issue to our attention, we require you to send an email to our email address: itsallaboutroo@gmail.com - from there, a member of the team will acknowledge your complaint within 72 hours. 
I want to cancel my order, I’ve changed my mind.
We work on an incredibly quick dispatch timescale and as soon as we begin to process your order we purchase postal labels, we are also charged transaction fees from the website for all orders received so we unfortunately cannot cancel orders.
I’ve put the wrong address, what do I do?
Please email/message us as a matter of urgency, we’ll do our best to amend this but we can never guarantee this as it’s out of our control if the item has already been dispatched. 

How do I care for your drinkware items?
  • Hand wash only.
  • Do not put in the dishwasher.
  • Avoid extreme heat.
  • Do not microwave. 
  • Do not soak. 
  • Check for additional care instructions on individual product page for specific item instructions. 
How do I wash your clothing items?
  • Turn inside out.
  • Wash at 40 degrees (or lower).
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not use bleach. 
  • Do not use fabric softeners.
  • Do not iron directly on design.
